Is PROAPP a SaaS product or custom-built per client?
Both. The core platform is cloud SaaS — same code, same upgrades for every customer. We then customise the configuration (workflows, fields, integrations, reports) per client. You pay one-time setup + 20% AMC; you do not pay re-writes.
Does PROAPP have a real MRP, or just inventory tracking?
Real MRP. The Planner module has an exception-first MRP workbench that pegs FG demand back to SFG and RM. It surfaces late planned orders, material shortfalls, capacity violations, bottlenecks and blocked job cards — and you can firm planned orders or release buys directly from the workbench.
Where is data hosted? Is it DPDP-compliant?
Indian data centres (AWS Mumbai or Azure India by default). PROAPP is built by Proeffico, an ISO 27001-certified company, and is engineered to meet India's DPDP Act requirements.
How is PROAPP different from Tally, Zoho or ERPNext?
Tally is accounting-led, Zoho is breadth-first, ERPNext is DIY. PROAPP is the only one in India with a real MRP workbench, deep shop-floor MES, machine + product maintenance tracking, multi-depot inventory, and a planned distributor / dealer / loyalty layer — on a single platform.
Can we start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Most customers start with Orders + Production + Quality + Dispatch, then add the Planner (MRP) and Inventory depth, then layer Distributor / Dealer / Loyalty. Each module bolts onto the same data spine — no migration cost.
What does implementation look like?
Standard timeline is 4–8 weeks for the core spine: discovery (week 1), masters & configuration (weeks 2–3), pilot line / depot (weeks 4–5), training & go-live (weeks 6–8). MRP rollout typically adds 2 weeks.
Is there an Android app?
Yes. Handheld view for QC scan and production updates, mobile view for incidents and tasks, and a separate dealer app for channel rollouts. iOS support on the dealer app planned Q3 2026.
Do you sign NDAs and provide DPAs?
Yes — mutual NDA at proposal stage and a Data Processing Agreement at contract. ISO 27001 certificate and VAPT report shareable on request.
